Medical (military medical) commission

The medical (military-medical) commission of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast" is a special body consisting of medical specialists, which is created in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to conduct military-medical examination and medical examination of candidates for service, rank-and-file and senior officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police, members of their families, servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine (hereinafter - servicemen), civilians and civilian employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The Medical (Military Medical) Commission is a structural subdivision of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast".

The medical (military-medical) commission in its activities are guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, other laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, this Regulation and other normative legal acts on the organization and conduct of military-medical examination and medical examination of candidates for service, privates and senior officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police, members of their families, servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine (hereinafter - servicemen),

The medical (military-medical) commission of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Donetsk region" carries out:

medical examination of candidates for service in internal affairs bodies, SFS, Ministry of Justice of Ukraine / SPS

medical examination of persons entering educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;

medical examination of persons holding the rank of private and commander:

transfer in service;

dismissal from internal affairs bodies;

establishing the causal relationship of diseases and injuries to persons holding the rank of private and commander.

medical examination of servicemen;

transfer in service;

dismissal;

training;

medical examination of the personnel selected for the UN;

medical examination of privates and officers and members of their families traveling abroad.
